About Event

Model United Nations, also known as Model UN or MUN, is a conference, in which students typically role-play delegates to the United Nations and simulate UN committees. This activity is usually organized by a high school or College MUN club. Thousands of middle school, high school, and college students across the country and around the world participate in Model United Nations, which involves substantial researching, public speaking, debating, and writing skills, as well as critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
The Elocution and Debate Association and Departments of Economics and Banking every year organize SCAC MUN.This year under the MUN format, various Economic and Social issues will be addressed in a much systematic and formal manner, giving a platform to the students to express their writing, debating and speaking skills in a much modern and interesting way. A MUN is, therefore, an academic exercise which is practiced as an extracurricular activity.
This year, for 2017 Symbiosis College of arts and commerce is delighted to conduct its third edition of SCAC MUN Conference 2017-18.This is our very first Inter-College MUN. Join Us :D
